New Kinma Valley Development to House 6,500 in Moreton Bay

New Development to House Thousands of Families Underway in Moreton Bay

One of the region's biggest projects is slowly taking shape. Construction is currently underway on a display village that will house more than 6,500 residents.

Named 'Kinma Valley,' the new community is being developed by Lendlease Communities and will feature 2,500 home lots.

Emerald Developments has kicked off construction with 18 different builders designing 35 unique homes for the area.

This development will be completed in 2025 and will appeal to a cross-section of buyers at different levels of financial capacity. There are land packages available; however, the buyer can also opt for a house-and-land pack with one of the houses currently under construction.

Houses start from $700,000, depending on design, whereas the size of land parcels from 336 sqm up to 758 sqm will range from $393,000 to $553,000.

A house at the Moreton Bay development is already under way.

At the heart of Kinma Valley will be a 31-hectare park that includes adventure playgrounds and more than 6kms of walking and cycling tracks. That green space will connect to nature reserves and parks throughout the development.

Ian Murray, head of Queensland for Lendlease Communities, said Kinma Valley aimed to play a big part in the growth of the region.

"Demand for homes remains strong, and Kinma Valley offers lot sizes to suit different budgets," he said. "We are seeing interest from across South East Queensland-from first-home buyers to families looking for their family home and also people looking for a more low-maintenance lifestyle."

There is a range of home designs available in the development, and among these is the Mediterranean-inspired 'Topaz' range. Models available in this range include the Montana 312 and 355. The Montana 355, featuring five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four living spaces, and a large alfresco area, is priced for the build alone at $524,000.

We feel really privileged to be a part of this vibrant new community," exclaims Matthew Wall, co-founder of Emerald Developments. "The Topaz range brings Mediterranean flair to Queensland, and it will definitely appeal to people who are looking for something different."

How Can You Leverage This Opportunity?

This is indeed a chance in a lifetime for smart buyers and investors. Whether you desire to acquire your dream home in one of Queensland's fastest-growing areas or need a solid investment in a thriving real estate market, this development would be great for future capital growth. There are lot sizes and flexible prices that can be settled to fit any budget of interest, as well as diverse house designs to be chosen. Besides, it is sure to be an emerging community, as it surrounds the parks and nature reserves and its facilities are nearby as well. So, it may really be sound investing to get in early.
